- VHVikki HarveyJul 29, 20255.0All 10s - Lori (nurse) was very helpful; understanding; explained everything so I could understand treatments and plans. She was compassionate and caring. She came when we needed her; even on a weekend when LB wanted only her ...she even came when she was not on call!!! LB looked forward to Ganni's (sp) visits...especially his shaves. Armany (sp) took over and cleaned up LB's "accident" when I couldn't. She directed me in home safety. Lori, Ganni and Armany worked with me to provide the best care for LB and I thank them for their kindness and support!!!! Again, thanks to all, Vikki Harvey

This process usually happens when you and your loved one have been through a lot emotionally and physically so to have someone with knowledge that truly cares to help is priceless.
- ACAngelia CampbellMar 27, 20231.0NON-COMPASSIONATE! I loss my love one who was in Traditions Health Hospice & Palliative care for 11/2 years. Not a phone call, card or flowers were sent. I dealt with other Hospice who showed compassion during our time of grief, and was there for the family throughout our loss, by offering counseling, cards and flowers were sent to the family, unlike Traditions who never reached out to my family. I would NEVER recommend Traditions to anyone.
