- CHChrisi HamOct 27, 20251.0I was referred to this clinic by my primary care provider, and I confirmed with them in advance that they accept my insurance (Medicaid). They assured me that they did. A week later, on the day of my appointment — after I drove 45 minutes to get there — I was suddenly told that they do not accept my insurance. Not only was this a complete waste of my time, but the staff acted as if I was misinformed or making it up, despite the fact that I had specifically verified my insurance coverage with them prior to the appointment. This level of disorganization and lack of accountability is completely unacceptable. If you value your time and professionalism, do not recommend this clinic.
