Dr. Chen was excellent at explaining purpose of the equipment, steps in the exam process and offering information with visuals for concerns. The staff was great at making recommendations for frames and was very professional. I ordered four pair!!! What made it better is knowing items will be mailed vs. having to pick-up which is more convenient and being advised I could come in if there are any concerns.

She was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable as she guided both my girlfriend and me through selecting our frames. Erin made the entire appointment seamless and enjoyable for us both. We were so happy with her assistance that we both ended up purchasing a pair of glasses! If you are looking for new eyewear, I highly recommend visiting this location and asking for Erin! We will definitely be back.
