  The staff here are extremely helpful. The space is extremely clean and organized. You are given time to ask questions and the staff are extraordinarily helpful answering any questions you may have. This is my second time here seeing Dr. Israel Onungwe, and I appreciate him so much. He always takes his time during my exams and always answers any questions I may have. I never feel rushed, or that I’m just another number to them. If I could give them 10+ stars I would. Highly recommend them to anyone who wants to feel heard and informed, as well as many affordable and stylish eyewear options.

  Kendra welcomed me into the Peachtree City Warby Parker location and I immediately felt comfortable. I was given the exact right amount of help without any pressure to buy more than what I wanted. My prescription was for progressive lenses, but I knew I wanted two frames with the prescription for readers and the one for distance vision separated. This was no problem and I found two really great frames that were exactly within my budget. Kendra was sure to explain all the options but I never felt like she was being "salesy". She made sure I got exactly what I needed. I've shopped for glasses many times and never had such a great experience. Not only did I have a great shopping experience, I felt like I made a new friend. I'll definitely be back and will recommend Warby Parker to my friends and family. Thanks Kendra!

  My husband and I needed new glasses. We had previous excellent service at Warby Parker so decided to visit the Peachtree City location this time. We were warmly greeted by Shannon and Shay who showed nothing less than professionalism, patience, help with our choices, and excellent customer service. Three pairs of glasses later, I can honestly say these are the types of representatives that make customers want to return. That is exactly what I plan to do! Ms. Shannon (my rep) and Ms. Shay (my husband’s rep), if you see this, thank you!

  Highly Recommend – Amazing Experience at Warby Parker (The Avenue location)! Come here — you won’t regret it! After a terrible experience at Visionworks, I stopped by Warby Parker just to get my glasses adjusted (Visionworks had completely messed them up). Not only did they fix the issue, but I quickly realized their glasses were a much better deal — especially since they offer low nose bridge options, which can be hard to find! I ended up returning my Visionworks glasses and purchasing two pairs from Warby Parker instead. Their lenses include anti-glare, anti-scratch, and UV protection at no extra charge. I only paid a little extra to upgrade to 1.74 high-index lenses for my strong prescription, and my total for two pairs was $500. Visionworks charged me $660 for essentially the same features — and that was with standard high-index lenses. I saved a significant amount of money by switching. The team at The Avenue location — Abby, Hailey, Shannon, and everyone else — were incredibly kind, patient, and attentive. They consistently checked in with me, asked if I needed help, and made sure I felt supported throughout the entire process. They gave thoughtful recommendations, made sure everything fit properly, and truly cared about getting it right. They have a wide variety of styles and sizes for different face shapes, and I honestly had such a hard time narrowing it down to just two pairs! If you’re looking for quality glasses, fair pricing, and genuinely helpful service, Warby Parker is the place to go.

  Great job by the Warby Parker Team there in Peachtree City. I was most impressed by Dr. Israel whom addressed my concerns on my vision and helped find the right prescription for me. He is a warm, kind, and dedicated professional Optometrist. We had a great conversation about family, community, and our backgrounds. I learned that he trained at the VA as part of his overall regime which greatly impressed me as I am a Veteran as well. Probably the best Optometrist I have ever had in all the years I have been seeing one. I also want to commend Hallie and Shea out front as they were hustling to help customers but also ensuring everyone was taken care of. We had a little hiccup with insurance initially but got it figured out with the help of the manager. Great job folks! Highly recommend. Thanks. Rich
