Today was my 5-year-old son Maverik’s first time shopping for glasses and I honestly didn’t know what to expect. We came in just to look at frames and get an idea of what would work with his new prescription — and I could not have asked for a better experience. Kendra was absolutely AMAZING. So professional, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. She treated my son with so much warmth and respect and made the entire experience fun instead of stressful. There were also a couple other ladies in the store who were equally welcoming and helpful. Even though Warby Parker didn’t accept our insurance, we were so impressed with the quality, service, and overall experience that we purchased a pair out of pocket — and his prescription glasses will be delivered in about 10 days. After leaving, we went to LensCrafters because we wanted to get a second pair through insurance, and the difference in service was night and day. We weren’t greeted, no one offered help, and we were basically left to figure it out ourselves. Warby Parker set the bar extremely high. If you have a child getting glasses for the first time — go here. Thank you again Kendra for making our first glasses experience such a positive one. We’ll definitely be back!

I was greeted when I walked in and Abbey gave me a thorough explanation on how their sizing and naming system works. The value is unbeatable because the lenses are included in the price and you don’t have to add on things like glare protection and scratch protection for n extra fee. It’s included. She also picked out a few pairs to show me that would be a great fit. I had a 5 star experience and ordered two new pairs (the Baird and Tiago)! I highly recommend and will be sending family and friends in as well!

Then Dr. Gyang did an amazing job with my eye exam he was thorough, considerate, and making sure I was comfortable the entire time. Overall, the entire team was so professional and timely. I felt really well taken care of and would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for great service!
