  Lab Fit is a hidden gem in PTC!! I unfortunately have a long history of neck pain due to a car accident. Physical Therapy is not new to me…. What is new to me is the level of expertise from the therapist here, and pain relief he has given me. Ashton Fannin, the therapist, and the entire staff at Lab Fit are the absolute best!!!

  Labfit in Peachtree City receives high marks and many stars! A welcoming, clean, helpful environment is one of the areas that I most appreciate about LabFit. My Vasper is ready to go as soon as I arrive (cleaned and set to my personal setting) which translates that they respect my time, and the staff is always willing to guide, provide helpful suggestions and encourage during my session. They are present and attentive throughout the visit! Total Plus! I also value that LabFit provides the "biggest bang for the buck." Using the Vasper allows a quick and cool (yes, in the literal sense) workout in just 21 minutes, and it works. Playing to my vanity side, in just a few short weeks of using the Vasper, I was open to wearing sleeveless tops again. For my age, that's a big deal! I've now been exercising on the Vasper going on a year, and my whole body is without a doubt more toned. I also have more energy as the interval training on the Vasper programs has improved my cardio and circulation. I never thought about getting faster and better as one ages, but here I am! The personal training is TOP NOTCH! I am confident of the training and guidance that is provided. I value their ability to recognize and train according to my age, ability, challenges, and strengths all while encouraging me to step higher than what I thought was possible. Non coddling, yet practically encouraging. I am definitely getting stronger and more flexible! Yay! I can't fail to mention that a very important aspect of personal training that I truly respect is that safety and correct posture is stressed! This was paramount when I started considering a personal trainer. They are focused on me during my session and watch all the movements to ensure safety. Total 5 Stars for this as well! When my session(s) are over, I enjoy visiting with the other clients that I now call friends. It is truly a supportive, family feel environment. I'm among people who value their health and well-being, which is a continuous and contagious source of encouragement and support. Thanks LabFit for helping make good changes in my life! High Five, High Marks, Five Stars!
