  For the last several years I have employed members of the caring company of Home Instead to aid with my parents’ care. I can’t say enough good things about the quality of their employees. Their empathy and compassion and love shared with my parents helped my family greatly adjust to their aging issues. I couldn’t have gotten through the last three years without them!

  I used Home Instead in 2021 through the first quarter of 2022 to care for my mother who has been suffering from Alzheimer’s. Everyone I interacted with including home office staff and caregivers was very professional. I had a regular schedule from 9:00 am - 7:00 pm, 7 days a week and I cared for mom 7:00 pm - 9:00 am. I was notorious for requesting short notice, overnight coverage but Kirby and the caregivers always delivered. Kirby is an absolute jewel to work with. I was also impressed with their flexibility. Based on mom’s condition, there were a couple of instances when a caregiver and mom were not the best fit. This was immediately addressed with the focus always being on what’s best for mom. If I had to do this all over again, I would once again choose Home Instead.

  My sisters and I lived very far away from our father who recently passed. Our father refused to move and live near his daughters, so we hired Home Instead out of Peach Tree City hoping for the best. For over 2 years, they were truly amazing on all fronts. They went above and beyond for our dad. It is worrisome to have your father so far away and then the pandemic added a whole extra level of craziness. Debi, Dave and Wendy at Home Instead made our father's last days the best they could possibly be. I would 110% recommend Home Instead in Peachtree City. We couldn't have asked for better care for our father. It is such a relief to know he felt safe and cared for by his amazing team of caregivers. Alison Hartline...Lake Bluff, IL

  Home Instead provided excellent in home care for my mother-in-law after a serious automobile accident. We found every member of the staff that we came in contact with to be competent as well as caring and they met her every need while she was confined to her home. The quality of the caregivers who came to her was exceptional. The office staff was responsive to her changing needs in scheduling. I would not hesitate to recommend their services for in home care.
