The front desk stated they would not be able to see me or prescribe anything and I had to contact my OBGYN. She gave me a form to fill out but never asked me for my insurance or ID as she did with the other patients. I got the sense they did not want to treat me since she was already treating me differently at check in. I called my obgyn and was informed to go to another facility and they had never heard of this before. I felt dismissed and will never go back. Thankfully Piedmont Urgent care was only 15 minutes away and after explaining the situation they welcomed me to visit them. Stay away from concentra. Disappointed in the way this situation was handled.
