- KTKenyata Turner5 days ago1.0I want to specifically acknowledge Michael, who has been excellent. He has been professional, patient, and genuinely trying to help me resolve this issue. His customer service is the only reason I didn’t walk away completely frustrated. For the delay of m orders Unfortunately, my experience with the manager and the women in the back was very different. When I raised concerns about waiting 14 days without contacts, the manager, and manager assistant Kiara Block , became very rude and dismissive instead of empathetic. I was interrupted while speaking and made to feel like I was the problem, even though I was still waiting on an order that was promised. Michael deserves recognition for his efforts, but management needs to seriously improve how they speak to and handle patients—especially when delays are on the office’s side. Michael help me out over and beyond. And for that reason I will be back !

I stopped in to see if I could get help with this. I was welcomed and taken care of in no time at all and back on the road. If I lived in Newnan I would definitely use Stanton Optical for my eyeglass needs.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the sweetest Sandra, who immediately made me feel comfortable and welcome. Mike handled my eye exam and was absolutely fantastic. He took the time to explain every step of the imaging process and the virtual exam in a way that was easy to understand and reassuring. As someone who has never worn glasses in my entire 47 years, I truly appreciated how patient and thorough he was. I walked away having learned so much about my eyes and feeling completely confident in my care. The entire experience was professional, educational, and genuinely pleasant. Highly recommend this location and especially Mike and Sandra for anyone looking for knowledgeable, friendly eye care!
