I have been up here for a 3rd time and will soon be a 4th b/c they can’t seem to get my prescription correct. Is it because of the new virtual eye exams ? I’m not sure but i for sure will never be coming back here again. I only came here because i came way back when it was four eyes and thought id get the same experience. Quite literally the most frustrating thing I’ve experienced from a service provider in a while
- ABAlma BarnettDec 23, 20251.0I went to this facility based on the 2 pair for $79.00. This was a fallacy. Most of the frames were $169, $199, you rarely found a pair for $79 and if you did they were ugly. My biggest problem was the eye exam. Part of it was with a human but the main part was with a person on a screen; who seemed to have some where to be. They rushed through the process of left, right; read the top line, which eye can you see more clearly left or right? When it was over I got glasses that made me feel drunk with them on and super dizzy with them off. They offered to test me again, this time the person on the screen went a little slower. These glasses gave a terrible headache. I brought them back. Tecnology has its place and dont think it should be in the eye exam sector. I brought them my previous prescription from another place where a human performed the entire eye exam. I need to see not be rushed through a eye exam on screen.

She did not thoroughly explain my eye exam, and when I asked if she could call another location to check availability for the lenses I preferred, she refused to help. Her attitude was unprofessional-she kept sighing, eye rolling, and making it clear she didn't want to assist me. I rought my concerns to the manager in duty, but I will also be contacting the corporate office regarding this experience. Customer service like this is unacceptable, and I hope the company addresses this issue immediately.
