  I would like to say the nurse Regina is absolutely the best nurse I have ever came in contact with? I have very bad anxiety with people touching me. She was so professional and sole understanding and had the biggest smile on her face. She put me to rest, I didn't mind getting stuck by her 50 million times if I had to. If she cannot do it, I will not let anyone else touch me. That is how much peace I had. I love her, you guys. Made the right decision when you hired her. She is absolutely the best. I cannot say enough about her. Except that more people need to be understanding and professional as she is, I recommend this concentral\n For anyone? Who needs to get any type of work done and ask for Regina.

  I came in for pre-employment testing to be done and Concentra took me in last minute without any appointments! I was beyond impressed with how smooth, organized, and QUICK everything was. The male nurse was very kind and patient. Concentra at Morrow made my process much easier and stress-free. Thank you!

  Ms.Toni G. CMA assisted me for my appointment(s) over the phone and in person. I must say she's very thorough and focused some people are multitasking and miss all your stuff up. Her customer service skills very much so appreciate it and this is how trust and a friendly establishment of a healthy partnership is formed. Especially to the public. Ms. Toni showed empathy, sympathy and transparency and I truly appreciate her for that. A lot of patients need that to feel comfortable especially with their health concern. Ms.Toni G. Provided that to the fullest. I do thank you.

  The kind lady’s at the Mt.Zion Location do not disappoint. They are thorough, aware, and have great customer service. The physical was simple, Quick, and easy thanks to the Physician Assistant, And thank you to Ms.Zen. I think I spelled that correctly, overall I had a great experience and this all took place on the eve of Christmas. Thank all of you special, beautiful, sweet lady’s . Happy Holidays

  Dr. Looney is quick and to the point, however the staff members have no sense of urgency or time management, my appointment wast for 9:45 saw Dr at about 10 , then was left waiting in the room for another hour, when I stepped out to ask what was taking so long, nobody had any answers, SO NOT LET THEM SEND YOU TO MT. ZION, they do not value your time and the customer service is horrible….. NEVER COMING BACK HERE !!
