Canceled by son appointment when he arrived for his appointment after confirming the week before and gave him another appointment for the next day and then he get there and they do xrays then cancel the cleaning because they didnt get the approval from the insurance until the appointment time while doing the xrays. Then tell him that he can come back the next day for an appointment for his cleaning, so that will make 3 days in a row in the office for NOTHING, wasting gas and driving 30 miles.

Canceled me for “chairs aren’t working” go up there to get my medical clearance so i can go somewhere else and guess what? there are patients there for cleanings!!! But i was told chairs weren’t working? Make that make sense. Not to say i have been in excruciating pain for almost 2 weeks, they had me scheduled for Dec 9 (3 wks out) called last week and was able to get me in on 11/26/25 but then to be cancelled. I had prepaid for my treatment and of course I can’t get a refund until the office manager is in. NEVER NEVER NEVER AGAIN! McDonough Dentist Studio
- KLKim LeeNov 26, 20252.0First they got meds all messed up. Never sent the pain meds. Then had to go three different times finally to be told I had another tooth that needed work. Well after not eating for a week because I was in so much pain my appointment got canceled because the chairs were not working. Then my card was over charged and they said they would put it towards my procedure that got canceled. Stayed in hold for an hour trying to get the whole situation straight .. save your time and money .

The doctor and tech constantly made sure I was comfortable and I have not experienced any pain at all!!!! Would highly recommend them and want to say thanks so much for everything!
