Completely incompetent staff. Don't go there if it's an emergency and are in pain. It takes at least a day for them to verify insurance and that's only if you continually call them and then they tend to lie about calling you. Absolutely horrible experience

Beginning in March 2025, I had a crown placed on the same tooth at this practice. From March 31 through October 30, 2025, I returned seven times for ongoing pain involving that same tooth. During this entire period, I repeatedly asked whether a root canal was needed and was consistently told it was not and that the issue was related to my bite. Treatment during these visits focused on repeated bite adjustments while my symptoms persisted. On October 30, 2025, after months of continued pain, I contacted the office for an emergency appointment due to severe gum swelling and increasing pain. At that visit, I was seen by a different dentist who identified an active infection, reviewed the X-rays taken when the crown was placed in March 2025 and informed me for the first time that I would need a root canal. I was prescribed antibiotics at that time due to the infection. Office management later acknowledged issues with how my care had been handled and covered the cost to replace the crown that I had already paid for. However, I was still required to pay out of pocket for the root canal, despite having raised concerns for months and having been repeatedly told during that time that a root canal was not needed. During those months, I experienced ongoing and significant pain while continuing to follow the guidance I was given. After October 30, I had to return three additional times due to crown fit issues, with the permanent crown not successfully placed until December 29, 2025. Given the seven return visits prior to diagnosis, the three additional visits afterward, the length of time involved, the prolonged pain, missed work and the decision not to assume responsibility for the cost of treatment that ultimately became necessary, I cannot recommend this practice based on my experience.

I recently had a great experience at the dental office, thanks to Dr. Bhatia, Hygienist Asia, and Daisy. They took the time to explain every step of the process. Dr. Bhatia's numbing technique is amazing! I was incredibly grateful for how gentle and effective it was. Hygienist Asia and Daisy were equally attentive, ensuring my comfort throughout my visits. Overall, this team provided exceptional service, and I genuinely appreciate their care and attention. Thank you all for making my visit a great one!

Had a 8am 18DEC25 appointment checked in at 7:50, at 9:10 they told me it's going to be a little longer to see me. It's unacceptable to play with people time like this because I'm a over the road truck driver and now I'm without a partial until whenever
