  You give an all black staff the benefit of the doubt but attitudes always give you a reason to not want to deal with certain ppl. You ask to get educated on certain things and the huffing and puffing starts, FROM YOUR DOCTOR. IT’S YOUR JOB! They want you to sign things with NO EXPLANATION. Not happening. Communication level is poor in that office. The doctor came in and asked me “what did we talk about the last time” 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

  I have been a patient at this office for several years without issue, but my recent experiences have been very disappointing and concerning. Earlier this year I had an abnormal Pap. The office never contacted me with results, so I followed up myself. Over the phone, a receptionist incorrectly told me I had HPV. When I asked to speak directly with the doctor, I never received a call back. Later, the staff member told me that I did not have HPV — with no explanation or apology for the misinformation. At my 6-month follow-up, I explained my concerns about being given incorrect information. The doctor brushed it off it by saying they make several calls a day & she had “all new staff.” She also came into my visit unprepared, assuming it was my annual exam rather than a follow-up for my abnormal Pap- having to leave the room to review my file. A week later, I received new results indicating I was positive for an STD, which was not possible given my circumstances. Again, I never heard from the doctor, only the MA. When I questioned the results, the MA claimed my chart showed that I reported abnormal bleeding from sex — something I never said. I raised concerns that my file was being confused with another patient, but nothing was done. To this day, I have not heard directly from the doctor. I now have an appointment with another office to ensure I get the proper testing and care. What troubles me most is that if this happened to me, it could easily happen to others. For that reason, I cannot recommend this provider and would strongly encourage seeking care elsewhere.

  Absolutely love Dr Johnson and her team. She makes herself available at all hours, and when in office I’m constantly met with smiles. Dr Johnson is so knowledgeable, personable, and overall always just a pleasant experience.

  Absolute worst obgyn I could’ve picked, DO NOT come here! I had my first appointment here and upon arrival I filled out paperwork and paid the copay as normal. I went back into the room and I was informed I would be getting a pap, breast exam, and giving blood for testing. However, I was then told they do not do “in house” ultrasounds and that I’d have to be referred to another clinic for that specifically. When I initially called to schedule this appointment, I mentioned I wanted an ultrasound to be sure everything is on track and they told me that was no problem. After voicing my concern that I wasn’t okay being referred to another clinic that didn’t have availability for another month like I was told, one employee called around and found an appointment for two days later. Fast forward, I get to the new clinic and wait hours to be seen for an ultrasound, just to be told in the end that I had miscarried days prior. This wasn’t only a devastation, but it was something I could’ve already known had they not made me wait weeks for my first appointment and offered ultrasounds. To top this all off, during my checkup, the doctor tells me she believes I’m around 7 weeks pregnant and put on my paperwork that I’d be due march 5th. False hope is an understatement, this was my first pregnancy and I feel this clinic took no part of it seriously…Just For You Women’s is a joke and a prime example of somewhere you do not want to go!
