He offers personalize 1 on 1 training sessions, since I've been going to him he has definitely pushed me harder than I ever pushed myself and encouraged me to take it to the next level. I've seen a tremendous change in my body and health. I'm sure I will continue getting great results as I continue my training with Mr. Jackson. I highly recommend working with him if you want to improve your fitness and health.
