Disappointing experience. They definitely lost a sale.
I went in ready to buy a pair of glasses and likely could have been convinced to buy two as part of the promotion, but I ultimately left due to an odd and frustrating service experience. I didn’t want to compete for assistance.
I visited on a rainy Saturday afternoon, and the store was not busy. I was greeted right away, told about the promotion, and pointed to the new arrivals, then left to browse. I didn’t think much of this at first, but I noticed the same employee stayed with a customer who arrived after me to help her find glasses.
I continued browsing, found a couple of pairs I liked, and needed help. I got the attention of two employees who were talking off to the side. One came over and initially was great. She pulled similar frames from the back when they didn’t have the size I wanted in the style I wanted, which I appreciated. However, when I asked for her opinion while trying them on, she repeatedly said, “I’m not mad at it,” which wasn’t very helpful.
As more customers came in, the employee assisting me disappeared without saying she’d be right back or check in. A few minutes later, I saw her fully assisting another customer, iPad in hand, at a table. I was left standing with frames in hand and no clear next steps while other employees walked past to help new customers.
At that point, I felt discouraged and overlooked so I left the frames on the counter and walked out.

If I could give 10/10 I would! From the moment I walked in until the moment I said goodbye, everyone single person was such a joy! I highly highly recommend this store. Best customer service in town, and the doctor was amazing! I’ll certainly be back for more frames!

Love this store. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The store was clean and inviting. There were some difficulties figuring out our insurance, but the clerk kept trying things until she got it to work and the prices were quiet reasonable.

Horrible customer service. We ordered glasses 40 days ago and still don't have them. We have been given two different dates by which we would have the glasses--first, it was going to take a maximum of 21 days, then they said we would have them a week after that. The staff at the store is disinterested in offering any assistance and customer service, the phone people keep promising to get back too you in 24 to 48 hours but never all back, and no one can explain their failure to deliver the glasses. The lack of customer service or willingness to help with this problem in getting what we paid for is appalling. And bear in mind there is NO ONE at the store who will offer to do anything to help or who cares at all about their failure to deliver. Shop local and avoid Warby Parker!

I went in for a new frame adjustment (purchased at a different location), and instead of just adjusting, Shanice helped me pick a different frame that suited my face shape and ultimately looked better on. She handled the return and the order in less than 30 minutes. The entire Warby Parker Avenue East Cobb team was SO helpful and kind. I would highly recommend coming here!!
