Was there for a DOT physical along with another associate who checked in before me, After the basic physical, I was given a room to wait for the doctor at 9:50 at 11:10. I left a room to ask an associate what was going on and explain to them. I got there at 9 o’clock in the morning and I’m still sitting here. The doctor finally came in to finish the DOT physical . I returned to the front desk at 11:50 only to eventually find out that the paperwork they gave me had my name on it, but it was somebody else’s physical that had medical conditions. The overall experience was absolutely horrible truly unprofessional.

I was also asked to complete the same paperwork twice…once electronically and again on paper; which felt completely redundant. The wait time was far too long for what ended up being a quick 10-minute visit with the doctor. I was waiting for 2 hours. The nurse who escorted me to the room rushed through the intake, and the exam room itself was unclean and had an unpleasant smell. Overall, the experience was disappointing and needs serious improvement.
