I forgot the lady at the front desk name but the medical assistant Robbin was super sweet. I was able to complete my drug test, colour blindness test and got my flu shot before the due date. I appreciate y’all

The fact that I was referred to as a “free physical “ and in someone’s eyes was taking too long disturbed me. I’m sure I was not a “free” physical as the federal government paid for it I’m certain.

They were friendly at the front desk, quick check-in me in, and I was in a room within minutes. The medical assistant was kind and efficient, and the clinician actually listened, explained everything clearly, and laid out a simple plan that made sense. The facility was spotless, the process felt organized (no chaos, no shrugging), and my prescription was given to me before I hit the parking lot. Start to finish took under an hour without feeling rushed. Professional, courteous, and on top of their game. This location sets the bar. Five stars for the staff front to back. And especially Robin!

Laughed and smiled in a good organization for sure. I would definitely recommend my fellow friends and colleagues to go and get there situation resolved there!
