  I'm only writing this review because I'm so confused. The first thing I was asked was what kind of insurance I had. When I told her, she said, well you have to pay upfront here. We don't take any kind of insurance. I was confused because she asked me what kind of insurance I had while chewing something while she was on the call. She then said, we don't take any kind of medicaid. I never mentioned medicaid. She said she was trying to save me from paying out of pocket since they didn't except any insurance. I felt like I had walked into a rubber room. It wasn't the doctor, it was someone who answered the phone. All she needed to say was they didn't accept any insurance and if I was ok with paying in cash. I don't understand why insurance don't want to pay for dermatology. Not all dermatology is cosmetic. I get that insurance companies are probably a hassle with dermatology, but the interaction with this person was weird.

  Dr. Jackson is fabulous…my favorite doctor ever. She is extremely thorough, kind, and knowledgeable. I can’t say enough good things about her. I wish all doctors were like Dr Jackson (and her staff). The best!

  Billie Jackson was referred to me by a family member and I can't say enough good things about her-neither can the family member! She is extremely thorough while also being gentle. She patiently listens to each and every question or concern and I leave her office so much more educated than what I arrived. Not only do these qualities apply to her but they also apply to her staff which are equally as friendly. If there is anything that you ever need when it comes to the scope of a dermatologist, you WILL NOT regret coming to Billie Jackson.

  My daughter went without skin on her toe for almost a year while other doctor’s misdiagnosed her. Dr. Jackson knew what was wrong immediately and with treatment my daughter has a perfectly normal toe now. I was literally crying in my car about my daughters condition before we meet Dr. Jackson. She’s this mom’s hero!

  This Dr had made up her mind that I was picking my skin and was causing the sores to break out on my own. I suffered for 9 months and she wrote I delusional parasitosis. That followed me thru 5 other dermatologist and no one looked for anything else thanks to her it is a possibility that some of the frus I am taking will cause me to lose my life. All I have to say is she better hope not. Please if you care about your life do not go to this dermatologist. I wished I had never gone I am covered with scars all over my body and still fighting. STAY AWAY FROM HER SHR HAS DISFIGURED MY ARMS, LEGS
