Dr. Prine and the staff were extremely professional yet caring and friendly. The environment was clean and I did not have to wait to be called back. And I have gotten good results from my procedure.

They understand my condition and treat me accordingly. My life would be miserable without Dr. Covert and Casey. Staff is professional and kind.

The front office staff is rude and shamed me. I never saw a doctor nor will ever visit their office. I had a referral appointment with them to see a specific doctor. The morning of the appointment I was sick and throwing up. The appointment was really early in the morning, around 9:00. I called shortly after 8:00 a.m. The front lady that answered the phone seemed really irritated that I was canceling the appointment even though I was sick. She abruptly hung up on me after I told her thank you for canceling the appointment. She did not even offer to reschedule. When I called back a few weeks later, it turned out they had me down as a no-show. They told me that I had to get special permission to see another doctor because they cannot validate I actually called to cancel the appointment. I was pretty angry at being called a liar, and felt like she was shaming me. I even looked at my call log and it showed that I had called and I offered to show it to them and come into the office. The lady I was talking to assured me their office manager would call me in a couple days when she was in. Instead, they said that they had management approval to have me scheduled with another doctor, but I was not allowed to see the original doctor because it was counted as a no-show. Continual shaming. Making me feel like I was untrustworthy and my integrity wasn't worth anything. To make matters worse, the office manager never called me. I promptly canceled my other appointment with the second doctor because I wasn't "good enough" and "worthy" to see the original one. Being shamed and being treated like you are a liar is not a type of relationship I want with an establishment.

WARNING….. long review!! From check-in to check out, each and every staff member that I encountered was polite and respectful. The wait was minimal, I think we can all appreciate that! I was seen for consultation within a week or so of my referral being sent over from my neurosurgeon and during that visit I was scheduled for my injections to be done the very next day! Dr. Prine is who I was scheduled with and I can’t say enough about his bedside manner and empathy for my situation, he explained the procedure, how it is done and what the hopeful outcome would be. I never felt rushed in explaining my issues and never once felt like he (or any staff member) was dismissive or disinterested in hearing my concerns. The next day I came in for the injections and I was a bit nervous, however, that quickly passed once the nurses in the pre procedure area eased my mind by making me feel as comfortable as possible, that professionalism followed right through to the nurses in the procedure room as well. Dr. Prine also came in prior to the procedure to check on me and say a few words! The procedure was rather quick with minimal pain. The staff and Dr.Prine explained every step during the injections. The next day, I received a call from Axis and it was the nurse checking on me to see if I was okay or had any questions or concerns!! This was just another confirmation that I am in the right hands!! I would definitely recommend Axis and Dr. Prine to anyone seeking spine pain management and I’m grateful that my neurosurgeon referred me to this facility!
