HORRENDOUS wait times and attitude from front desk staff. made me wait 2 HOURS just to tell me my birth control prescription was expired the week before and they couldn’t help me. i scheduled a telehealth appointment since the in person ones were all booked, and they just straight up never sent me the link the my appointment. been coming here for a while and recently it’s just been horrible.

Had a great experience with the nurse practitioner and the nurses, I had an IUD removed and was very nervous for this due to having an awful experience elsewhere getting it put in originally. They made it such an easy transition and also allowed my husband to come back for my comfort after being asked certain questions. Wait time is very normal for a doctors office but was out within 30 of being taken back!

I stopped coming here.. I talked to the doctor twice and the second time she didn't even seem like she wanted to hear anything I had to say her persona was nasty. Doctor gives off a rude and annoyed vibe. Which I don't understand because she suppose to be here to uplift girls so that we don't feel uncomfortable, someone we can talk to. All that to say I have free coverage now and will gladly get my BC somewhere else.(Receptionist were pretty cool) so they get 2 stars.
