- EHEthan Hollis3 days ago5.0I was there when they opened for a pre employment screen, blood draw, physical, fit test etc. I hadn’t made an appointment, but the staff were all professional and efficient to get everyone through as quickly as possible. Jenine in particular was great. Getting vitals, drawing labs, knocking out the required tests. Probably the most efficient experience I’ve had!
- KLKhang LuJan 2, 20261.0Terrible place and just lazy. I went to get checked and instead of giving me an X-ray there , which they could’ve, they sent me to the ER to get an x ray which made me wait in line again at the hospital and wasted another 4-6 hours.

So I had to waste my time and still go see my PCP the next day that was able to give me the excuse and time I needed to recover.
- PTpamela tDec 22, 20251.0My appointment was at 10 a.m. I arrived at 0925. I was given 3 stacks of forms to fill out, then was sent a check-in/ registration form via text. I was not called to the back until 11 a.m.. The nurse was not knowledgeable of what was to be done. I had to take a urine test, after packaging my urine she told me she forgot to collect one and I needed to try and go again. At this point it’s almost 1 p.m. another nurse came in to perform an EKG and informed me that the wire in my bra was keeping the machine for working properly. I finally asked if I could return another day to complete the remained of the physical because I had been in there too long. I never completed my physical. It was one of the worst experiences I have had.
- EJEarl JohnsonDec 22, 20251.0I came to this concentra urgent care for my urine test on Friday the 19 of December and everyone was very nice but they system was down and I got a call about three hours later saying that the lab didn't process my package and I needed to come back and retake it but I was back at work driving I'll return to do the test on Monday December 22nd the front desk was friendly but the nurse that took my urine sample this time was totally unprofessional and very rude and nasty I know a copy of my results get mailed to my corporate office and I get a copy. I asked her for a copy for my manager here locally and she had fit telling me that she can not gave me another copy i explained that the nurse on Friday didn't have a problem with it and she said she don't have anything to do with what other people do but it's how she said it i even asked her was she having a bad day and I only receive more tasty treatment on a scale of 1 to 10 she gets a 0000 .
