  Terrible customer service! Can't believe this is healthcare...very rude staff from old to young! They need to be investigated! Laughing at patients when they go to the back behind the door and when they leave...honestly I wish they would just close

  Front desk was polite and informed me of the wait time, it was actually quicker than expected and when I got to the back the young lady that did my screening was very polite and professional, instructed me on what to do. It was very fast and convenient. I visited on a Saturday morning so shout out to those that were working that day.

  Waited 3.5 hours for a pre-employment brief physical, drug test, and single blood draw. No appointments available and you couldn’t leave. The person who brought me back seemed flustered and unsure, DID NOT use gloves when handling my urine sample for drug test and verbalized being a “nervous Nellie” before my blood draw. I politely asked for someone else to do it. The physician and other MA or RN that competed the blood draw were good.

  If I could leave no stars I would. Front office staff was rude, and the MA in the back didn’t have the sense god gave a mule. Had to show her how to draw up liquid in a syringe. And how to administer my tb test. Made me change into a hospital gown shorts. for pre-employment physical. Took an hour and a half to get called back just to get my tb test read. With not a busy waiting room. 🙄

  Lamento haber caído en manos de estos médicos, el lugar es pésimo, pero en el lugar que trabajo me dijeron que ahí debía ir, no otro lugar solo allí. A excepción de dos personas “enfermeras” y en servicio claramente dejan ver que trabajan para las empresas y no para una buena atención con el paciente me aplicaron un medicamento para el dolor que hoy me tiene en el hospital, la negligencia médica es visible, después de pasar por terapias en la que ni siquiera hay un terapeuta si no la señora que da las citas y un chico que gana por antipático,esforzándote hacer fuerza cuando evidentemente no lo pude hacer ellos se burlan y aunque no hablo mucho inglés ellos creen que por latino no entiendes y lo peor también es latino no recomiendo este lugar a nadie, no soy nada humanos ni tampoco hay buenos médicos
