  This company is very disappointing and has no loyalty to their patients. It would be better to find a company that cares about its patients more.

  Here's my thing the patient should always be the priority. We learned today our neighbor complained about them coming around the side of our house to pick up my mother because of her mother. Well my mother using transportation is a life or death situation and instead of coming up with a solution on my mother's behalf they said they were not coming back out . I'm a just end here because my choice words for this company would not be nice....

  This ambulance service was very good when we first started to receive their services. Eventually things begin to go down and fast. They eventually were never on time to pick my mother up to take her to dialysis or to pick her up from the dialysis center to bring her home. And at the first chance to abandon my mother, they left my mother with no way to dialysis. It is their right to no longer provide services, but because the service they provide is connected to one's ability to live, I would think, they would have a little more care, concern, and empathy for a patient. But instead of working with us to find the best solution, they abandoned my mother and now we are scrambling looking for a new company to get my more the care she needs to live.

  This company was a God send for my husband. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Everyone was so professional and caring. My husband was so impressed by how he was cared for and how professional they were. He is not easily impressed. I want to personally thank Anthony, Nia, Katic and Raphael for taking such good care of the transportation my husband needed to go to his doctor. Thank you so much!!! I would highly recommend this company.
