Please research this practice before using them. I used them for basic services and unable to get basic answer where I stand after I insurance. Have called repeatedly without any success. Even went to the office for assistance and as of today no response.

The right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing at this dental office. We booked an appointment months ago, then received a message that they were going to be closed on our appointment day. We called to rebook and were told they weren’t closed on that day. We call to confirm our appointment the day before and lo and behold, they are closed. They decided in 2026 that they would not be open on Saturday’s. Horrible way to handle that new policy. You shouldn’t have booked out past 2025 then. Even the lady taking appointments was embarrassed. I guess the person that told us they were open, went to work and nobody was there. 🤷🏻‍♂️ P.S. to owner…your last several reviews were negative. If you really cared about your clients, you would give a more personal response to them, not a form letter. Don’t bother sending me one.

I've been going to this office for 10 years. Unfortunately, the past 3-4 years the service has gone consistently downhill. They've become increasingly inflexible. Unfortunately, I think I'll be looking for a new dentist office after my experience today. As a 10+ year client who's never been delinquent on my payments, I was turned away today because I requested to pay later today with my health savings account. The best they could offer was I could go home and come back. As a 10+ year client I expect better. I thought I had a relationship with this office, but unfortunately I don't.

This is by far the absolute worst Dental service I’ve ever experienced save your money and your time which they will take plenty of. I waited 40 minutes to get called to the back and another 20 minutes for them to do anything. They said my bp was too high and couldn’t do anything so I can home and took my bp and it’s 130/84 standard is 120/80. Wt! Don’t bother you’d do better with a pop up dental office

I have gone to this dentist for years and it's always been a mystery of what kind of experience I would get. Sometimes the hygienist would be really nice and other times they would not care. I got a procedure done and they didn't tell me anything about how it would be done and how care for my mouth afterwards. Yesterday, I had a scheduled cleaning appointment, while I was there the "systems were down". It's not their fault but I had checked in and was waiting in a cold room for 50 minutes before they decided that they couldn't clean my teeth. Nobody came in to check in with me or update me on the situation. Spending 50 minutes waiting was ridiculous and there was still people in the lobby. How were they going to take care of other people when they had to ask for me to leave and call them to reschedule? This was the final straw and a sign that I should be going to another dental office. Please don't come here if you want a consistent experience.
