Called me by the wrong name multiple times. Tried to charge me a co-pay and medicine, even after I told them this was a VA contract run 20 minutes late. Indicated their x ray machine was top of the line, it was hand held. I don't trust their examination in that they imply I need a deep cleaning so to justify that the tech stuck my gums so often and hard my mouth bleed. The dentist said he saw cavities under crowns and fillings. I just had a dental exam about 6 months ago and their was nothing wrong with my teeth or gums. If you can't get my name or insurance right how do I know you'll get the treatment right. I am going back to VA to get reasigned or use VA dental. I won't go back there. Chairs are held together with masking tape. The entire experince was like a horror movie!

Bad experience. Over an hour wait still no Dr. the dental chairs are held together with duct tape. They want to gather information about me that don’t need and the Dr is rude when you tell them you don’t want to share personal info unless being treated for something that would require that.
They charge a premium but don’t have good service at all. Staff seems ok, but the Sr that came in? She was rude and lacked any respect for others.

Horrible experience. I have anxiety and was not treated compassionately. On top of that, they steal your money by requiring a deposit for the next appointment and then claim it's non-refundable and being used for their time in the event of a no-show. I cancelled that follow-up appointment, so service was not rendered and they still have my money. I have yet to find this so-called non-refundable policy in writing on my statement, their website, or the new patient paperwork (also on their website). Potential patients need to be aware of their shady business practices. Turn and run from this place!!
