    I had the very best experience yesterday!! My appointment was quick and easy, every one of the ladies in office were very nice and joyful to work with. They gave great customer service and made me very comfortable especially since this was my first visit. I really loved the hands on customer service and being introduced to new technology!! My favorite part of this experience was everyone that I interacted with didn’t mind my questions and took the time to explain things that I didn’t understand and insured that I was taken care of 100%. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED these people love what they do.

    I couldn’t be happier with my experience here! Everyone was so kind and patient, and they really listened to what I wanted. My glasses turned out perfect, and I get compliments all the time. I’ll absolutely be recommending this place to family and friends. :)

    Absolutely not recommended. Well the lady basically lied to me about my insurance coverage and my out of pocket. Then insisted I lay either 290 dollars for my lenses with 3 insurances or 80 dollars out of pocket for an exam that was advertised as free and having 3 vision insurance plans. Ridiculous last year I had my routine exam with the same insurance coverage and paid literally 70 bucks for 2 pair of glasses Thatcher the best I've ever had. The associate was rude pushy and snapped attitude when I refused the lenses she was saying I had to buy. And on top of tat they have the patient do their job of verifying insurance at the front desk on phone. Terrible..crooks..
