I waited no longer than 5 to 10 mins before I was called. The process to completing my physical went by smoothly with care. Thank you Ms Robinson, Ms Canty and the other staff at front desk that assisted me! Yall continue being amazing!

The physician assistant was super unprofessional speaking about someone's situation out loud for everyone to hear and the patient was embarrassed! I felt bad for him. The front desk clerk laughed with coworkers about telling me I would have to wait for 5 hours with them for my physical and they proceeded to laught outside my door where I can clearly hear them. The actual physical only took 10 minutes but I was there from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. Completely insane! Very hurt and disappointed with the staff on Saturday November 8th at that time. I honestly can't believe it.

- KRKingia RandallNov 3, 20254.0It wasn't what I was expecting once I got there I had at least a 40 minute wait because they were on break I didn't think everybody was on break at the same time but I was made to wait from three something till 4:00 something in the morning and then you're limited to only be seen about two things that could possibly be going on with you and I had three I could have easily gone to the emergency room to see about all three issues at one time but instead I choose convenience but conveniency didn't allow me to get done what I really needed to have been taken care of for but otherwise it was a okay experience.
