  My personnel was very rude but the doctor And MOD was very inciteful the women Bo aka miss Elizabeth was very hard ro work with slamming does demanding shouting no patience what’soever even tried to accuse me of tampering with my urine.. young propale have to do better by serving the Public however the rest of the staff is likeable

  Facility is outdated- patient/lobby restroom NASTY as if the cleaners hadn’t cleaned. Medical assistant confirmed my preferred pharmacy location and still sent the prescription to the wrong pharmacy. I can grasp how WALGREENS and WALMART sound the same but we both in fact confirmed the street address before finalizing. To be a self pay patient I should have spent my money else where. The Dr. was knowledgeable. Went in for an infected thumb after 3-4 days there was no more pain after soaking and antibiotics.

  THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU! Okay so I sliced my thumb open on Christmas Eve literally a Bloody Mess trying to prep for Christmas Dinner! Went to Fayette Piedmont in serious pain only to sit in a waiting room full of Flu patients in level 11 pain. We googled 24 hr urgent care and it worked I didn’t even think that they existed, they told me to come on and they would see what they were able to do! I got there and they knew it was me! Ka’aliyah walked me back took my vitals and got me ready for stitches Dr. Dupree examined me ASAP and got busy working on my Boo Boo 7 or 8 stitches done quickly and painless Monesha came in to comfort me and help keep me from focusing on the discomfort! Hands up or Down this is the BEST URGENT CARE IN THE CITY! Thank YOU YOU GUYS HELPED ME IN A REAL TIME OF NEED PLUS SAVED CHRISTMAS FOR MY FAMILY!   I was seen for flu-like symptoms. It was confirmed via test that I had the Flu. I reported my symptoms had started within the previous 24/36 hours. Ms. Tucker did not administer any medication to me, she only excused me 1 day from work and sent me on my way. I ended up having to go the hospital due to difficulty breathing which is what she advised me to do but why not prescribe me something while in your care??? Everyone was surprised that she only advised 1 day off work when it’s common knowledge it takes a full 7 days to get over the Flu. At least 5! No compassion. I had to keep laying down during my visit I was so weak. Horrible experience. I used all my strength to get that appointment for nothing.

  I would not recommend Hapeville location if you want to be treated with respect. I called in about a bad cold and self pay prices. The lady asked if I was taking any OTC medicine for it like mucinex or Sudafed. Mine you, I was raised by a mother that never gave us these things growing up, so I have never even tried them. And I drive school busses so I have to be really careful about any medicines I take. I told her that I was using an inhaler for wheezing, a netti pot and nasal saline for my sinuses, and ibuprofen for pain. Well she basically hung up on me with out saying goodbye after I thanked her and said bye-bye, BUT she didn't hang the phone all the way up and started talking about me saying that "No wonder [I'm] suffering, you're not taking anything over the counter for a cold, Jesus Christ!". I was waiting for her to say goodbye so I didn't hang up in her face like she did me and that's how I heard her nasty comments. I wish I had started recording instead of hanging up. Would give ZERO STARS.
