Nice to have some snacks and water while I waited to be seen. The office is filthy. Dead lizard on the floor in the lobby by the front door - wonder how long he waited for treatment before he died. Baseboard in the back bathroom is falling off the wall, floors are filthy - you can see the black scum. Sure back bathroom is for “specimen” collection. Sign says “only flush Toilet Paper” but there is only a Toilet in the bathroom. No sink, no trash can - nothing. One Stainless sink in the exam room needs a serious scrubbing. The other sink had particles of something everywhere. Dust on equipment hanging on the walls. In the end, my visit was exactly what I needed, when I needed it. A MILLION thanks to Lauren for her professional expertise and obvious concern.

But I did get a result on my test and I failed but the lady holding my feet for my sit-ups on my test stopped holding my feet to soon and then says it ok. I get my test results back and I failed my test.

Tiffany in the testing area was also quite pleasant, professional and expedient. Between these two outstanding employees who went out of their way to make my visit quick and painless, I was in & out the door in about 15 minutes. Having been to this same location many times I will say that this is the exception and not the rule at Concentra. This time I just got two employees that took pride in their job and seemed to truly care about customer service. Great job Karen & Tiffany.
