Each time it was an excuse the first time I waited almost 1hr 45 minutes and still wasn't seen so I rescheduled myself. Then, I call them to attempt to tell them I would be a few minutes late after a two and a half hour drive. They rescheduled my baby for the second time. Unprofessional and communication service is terrible.
