  There hasn’t been paper towels here in days. This is very uncleanly for a gym. When will this be resolved?

  I am a long-term member of this gym since 2020. I have seen many managers come and go. Within the last four years, there have only been two managers that this company had that really helped my fitness journey feel extremely welcoming every time I walked in. Recently, I noticed a new manager, and he doesn’t seem welcoming at all. He stays in the office all the time; when there is a concern, a worker will go knock on the door and try to get his attention, and he does not move a muscle; he makes them handle it. I recently witnessed him talking extremely nastily to one of the personal trainers; that trainer has been there for a couple of months now, and I have never seen or heard anyone complain about him. Within the last four years, the managers that worked at this gym never stayed in their office; that’s what made them so welcoming and eager to help out with situations. This new manager does not embody this gym’s culture, especially with what I’ve witnessed. When I come on weekends, I’ve asked multiple times for the workers to turn the overhead fans on, and the response is “the manager locked the office door that controls the fans.” Never in my years of attendance at this gym has anyone said they couldn’t control the fans. I was thinking about signing up for personal training, but recently discovered the trainers are no longer allowed to talk to us in the office because he’s always in it, and I never felt comfortable talking out in public about my fitness journey. The managers in the past that I witnessed stayed in the open while the trainers used the office and talked to people privately. I also noticed he wears those Meta glasses that record. I feel uncomfortable knowing someone who’s not even working out could be recording me and using it for their own gain. YouFit needs to fix this or get their managers together because within the last 10 months, I’ve seen five managers, and this is the worst.

  For 10 bucks you really cant beat it. All the equipment works and is in pretty good condition. The turf area is big enough to do what you need to do. The have free weight dumbbells that go up to 120 i believe. Have 2 squat racks. 2 smith stations. 2 bench press 2 incline press and 2 hack squat machines. My only knock on this place is no sauna and the personal training options arent the best. The one personal trainer who i will not named is built like a basketball (ROUND) but be trying to train people and is constantly giving out suspect info. Apparently he is certified but if you know anything about getting certified in the fitness industry a) its not that hard b) they let you take the test open book. so i say all this to say.....if you want a good gym that has it all as far as equipment is concerned this is it...just dont expect much in the terms of personal training

  I paid for a full year and then they closed for months. I have emailed them 2-3 times bout getting a refund on what I paid for but wasn’t able to use due to their closure. When I went in to cancel they still wouldn’t refund what I was unable to used and no refund on my amount I paid for the year which whatever but I should be refunded for when they were closed and I was unable to use.

  This is not a great gym to go to. Not only do the personal trainers leave and no one bothers to set you up with another one, they also continue to charge you for the service. I guess the only thing that matters is the contract and money to this gym. I would not recommend this gym to anyone.
