First off the staff, super friendly especially the lady we worked with named Nicole, she was phenomenal. She was very informative and helpful, she helped us pick great lenses and even gave my wife important information she needed to know about her glasses that no one has ever told her before that is 100% going to change her entire vision experience. This is a great location with great staff and they are so efficient and helpful. If I could give them more stars I would.

When I first walked in staff was arguing with a customer about her order being wrong when customer left staff continued to talk about customer . When it was my turn I picked out 2 glasses based off the color tags with prices . I go to pay and the lady tells me there absolutely no way this is a blue tag . She then proceed to look it up and change the tag .. this was their error she should have made it right . Prior to that I had told her there were more than 3 glasses missing tags . Wouldn’t not recommend this location. Please work on customer service etiquette
