From the time I made my appointment Shannon until I picked up my glasses, the customer service and atmosphere was top notch. I went in for an exam for glasses and contact lenses. The doctor was very thorough in explaining my exact needs/options and Jeremy was very precise in helping me pick out frames. I love it that there is no hidden cost like with the bigger chains and that they are willing to go the extra mile to make sure that your needs are met and that you are satisfied. I will highly recommend them every time I get the chance!
