- AMA. M.1 day ago2.0Very slow and understaffed. The crew in the back of the facility were absolutely amazing and pleasant to work with. A few ladies at the front desk were snappy and not very help. I do understand they were frustrated but when you are helping people you should always be pleasant and willing to help and they were NOT. For a simple drug test i had to wait over 2 hours and i got there at 8:17am. Once i got to the back i wasn’t back there not even 10 minutes which was great but the over 2 hr wait was absolutely insane. I have been to Concentra before and this location was by far the worst.

Was sent here by my trucking company for a DOT physical it was the worst experience of my life and I almost lost my job due to the Indian lady doctor putting the wrong information down on my medical card and told I had to take a sleep apena test. I immediately called my primary physician who i had been going to since i was a in elementary school because I got a funny feeling something wasn't right and had him to look over the paper work while infront of my safety manager when i got back to the terminal who was getting ready to let me go because I only got a 3 month medical card. When my primary doctor called me back it was discover the lady put down the wrong height and never measured my neck which according to my primary physician should have been done. While on conference call I had the terminal manager pull the previous 2 year medical card to compare and it to the new one and not only was the height but the weight wrong as well. Infact l lost weight and blood pressure was lower too. I immediately went back to this facility to have the information corrected and not one staff member ever apologized but acted like I did something wrong when concentra in Decatur i feel purposely put down false information and just thought I was going to take what they put down as fact so some one could gain financial benefits from kicks backs for referrals to area sleep apena clinics for sleep studies.
