He didn’t rush me, didn’t hit me with the “in-and-out” vibe on a machine!! He actually poured into me, adjusted everything that needed adjusting, and explained what he was doing the whole time. I walked out feeling so light and relieved that I actually ran my training miles for my half marathon that Sunday. Like… who does that?
