    My son got his first pair of contacts today, the staff was so nice and patient as he had to try taking a contact out and putting it back in. It took a long time for him to put the contact back in, they were all so sweet at trying to show him different ways. He eventually got it, but I was so thankful for their patience with him throughout the process. My husband and I have been going to Pearl Vision for a few years and have never had a bad experience. I highly recommend them!

    I will never go back there. I was lied to twice by Hispanic women on phone who said my insurance would pay. And once by the desk woman. Been going there for years . They would not accept/ change my medical insurance for a diabetic eye examination that pays all of it. They were rude and disrespectful. Do not mail or text or email me ever again.
