  I get super nervous, & have anxiety about going to the dentist, & this place is absolutely amazing! The staff is super friendly, & helpful. I got a cleaning done by Sarah, & she made me feel so comfortable, & now I’m excited to come back because the atmosphere was great: Highly recommend this place!

  I had a dental appointment scheduled, and when I arrived, they told me they had tried to reach me by email and phone to upload my insurance card — but I never received either. Because of that, they said I’d have to reschedule since it takes 24 hours for the insurance to process in their system. I even offered to pay the $149 out of pocket because I really needed a cleaning, but the receptionist told me I couldn’t because “cleanings aren’t guaranteed,” even though my appointment was clearly booked as a first patient exam, X-ray, and cleaning. To make matters worse, after I sat down, the Caucasian receptionist yelled from the corner, “And when you do come back, it’ll be the same thing!” — which I found completely unprofessional and disrespectful. This was a total waste of time and a very unpleasant experience. If there was an issue with my insurance, I should have been contacted before I showed up — not embarrassed and dismissed once I arrived. I definitely won’t be returning.

  It was weird. I have been making appointments for me and my family for over 30 years. I called for a first appointment. The person that answered the phone took my name even confirmed the spelling. Then tells me she will transfer me to someone who can make the appointment, but I may have to leave a message. She transferred me and you guessed it....I had to leave a message. I have not received a call yet. I never called a dentist office and had this happen before. Needless to say, looking for somewhere else. If they cannot get this right, I do not want them in my mouth.

  The Staff here are both very thorough at what they do and professional, I am very happy with this location.

  Felt like I paid 100 bucks just to be told stuff I already knew. Like that I needed two teeth pulled. I could have saved my money and skipped the middle man. I wanted a plan to fix my smile. However, the office was nice and clean and the staff was friendly. I love the early morning appointment availability, but I doubt I’ll be back. I came in prepared to throw a lot of money into giving me a smile I’m not ashamed of for the first time ( or a plan for it and a light at the end of the tunnel) in my life and walked away disappointed.
