The financing options they gave were flexible and very reasonable. I’m so glad I chose this business. After putting on my baby’s braces, they gave her a bag full of goodies to help her successfully navigate her journey having braces. I highly recommend, everyone in the office is amazing. - JMjessica MorrisOct 30, 20251.0This office is by far the worst I have ever experienced. Being able to reschedule appointments has always been a struggle, but most recently the financial department. We financed my kids braces through orthobank and paid off their accounts in Feb of 2025. I received a letter from their office in July stating the account was past due. I called multiple times to discuss the balance and was given the run around multiple times. I was told at least 3 times the manager would call me and she or he never did. I double checked my ortho bank account and it shows my account is paid in full, but then today I receive a letter they are going to send my daughter's account to collections because it has not been paid and they have tried to contact me multiple times. They have not tried to contact me. No one ever returns my calls and when I try to address it in office the manager is never there or too scared to return a call. Their office screwed up and now they want me to pay an additional $46 although my contract with orthobank was paid in full. Do not reccomend them at all.

However, the biggest frustration is trying to get in touch with them by phone. Whenever I need to reschedule an appointment, no one answers. I understand they may be busy, but for a medical office, communication is important. The quality of care is great, but the lack of phone availability makes scheduling unnecessarily stressful.
