I sat an hour and 43 minutes before getting called back. Then MORE waiting. Was told I couldn't have my TB done. I'd have to return and waste more hours of my life. 45 minutes in the back.

Explaining every test and what it entailed as well as answering any and all questions I may have had. Akou was very professional and pleasant at the same time.

- HHHelenNov 3, 20251.0I was at Concentra in Conyers on highway 138. I checked in at 10:00 a.m. for physical therapy and to see the doctor. I was at Concentra until 2:15 p.m. and then I had to return a day later because they didn't give me the list of pharmacy providers that would fill the prescription. I had to return to Concentra to get a list that should have been previously given to me. That facility has to do better it's appalling. The doctor came in unprofessionally as I was talking to the director of that particular location from Florida. She didn't say excuse me I'll return after you get through speaking to the director, so the director got up and went to her office. Her physical appearance was undesirable as a professional doctor. I hope this post is posted on social media.
