- FBFrances BanksSep 13, 20192.0My first appointment was good. Met with the PA & Dr. , they scheduled blood work and an ultrasound. Came back a week after all testing was completed, dr. explained results, changed some medication. Two days later I called the office and left a VM for the nurse about my medication not working and so far its been 3 weeks with no return call. Called them to get my medical records and was in hold 22 minutes. Go in the next day like they asked and no one knew what I was talking about! Dr is good but staff sucks!
- MDMisty DyerJan 9, 20181.0My husband had an appt at 1330. The medical student came in at 1410 to do the history then MD came in at 1426 and gone in 5 minutes. The staff at no point came in to let us know that the MD was running behind. Not a good impression at all with the office. I didn't feel they were thorough. Did I mention the office smelled like urine and looked like it was being remodeled but no signs stating being remodeled. I also was in disbelief when the MD said that Martin Army Hospital tends to overreact to patients elevated creatine level. Again I was not impressed at all and neither was my husband.
