I was met at the door by Meagan Thompson, the manager, with a big smile and a welcoming attitude. The atmosphere of the business was more than I expected and I was very pleased. There was coffee and water and even candy mints for customers. They had a very informative video playing in the waiting room as well as accessories for the the products they had. I had to fill out a short form so she could help me determine what my needs were. Then she proceeded to let me know which tests she would be administering. Meagan always fully explained everything she did and the purpose. Her great personality instantly put me at ease and she answered any questions I had in a very professional way. But, her manner made me feel like a friend, not a customer. As she administered the test, she once again was very sure to explain everything and ask if I had any questions. Afterward, she thoroughly reviewed the results with me and explained how it could impact my hearing health now and in the future. We then reviewed the pricing and various plans and options for payment. Overall, if I had the opportunity to refer anyone to a hearing aid business I would overwhelmingly recommend not just Miracle Ear, but Meagan Thompson in particular. She is truly an inspired person who shows she cares about what she does and her customers. Plus she has great pictures of all her little ones and husband. I would give Miracle Ear a resounding 5+ stars up. I left the store better informed and with a big smile. Check it out for yourself. I know you will be pleased.
