The Hospice nurses were all very kind, considerate, and knowledgeable. They treated Mama with the utmost respect. I can't thank them enough!

What a wonderful company to help both my parents with their hospice care. Thank you Mrs. Payne and nurse Erin. God sent us angels.

How you treat someone in a time of grief as they struggle to care for a dying family member say everything about who you are as a person, your character! If you are looking for a hospice please look past Homestead Hospice. They don't make visits when your loved one falls, there a answering service will tell you that you ware wasting their time and hang up on you, and their Director of Nursing will break her oath to do no harm by impending the care from the nurse we waited 12+ hours for by making her leave our home. The Office Administrator will not answer her phone, will not call you back after 10 missed calls, and has a voice-mail box that has not been set up yet. They have nurses calling out sick and come to find out, they are not. We asked for crisis care and were told noone could do it and that we could put granny in a facility. After saying all of that, our case manager is struggling under the weight of her job plus the work of others. She was the only nurse seeing patients in the field yesterday and still SHOWED UP an hour after she should have been home. Of course there are great Rn's, Lpn's, and Cna's with homestead but the leadership and management are obviously in those positions for the money and not the patient care! We will use a tree analogy.. Homestead hospice is like a tree, the roots are strong but the top is rotten! WALB News 10 will be hearing from us soon!

I couldn't speak more highly of a business...they treat their staff and patients more like family than any business I've had the privilege to be a part of. They make sure they go above and beyond to show their patients, families, and even employees respect and compassion. Hannah is the nurse manager and she always finds a way with her great team of workers to make an impact in people's lives. One family at a time. I would highly recommend Homestead to anyone needing their services.
