- CJCory JacobsJul 18, 20241.0I can't speak on the hospice care but I can say that the Palative care was very disappointing to say the least. I along with Home Health tried to get in touch with someone for 3 days to address my mother's needs with no answer or returned phone calls. Because of their negligence it resulted in a 6 day hospital stay. I would never recommend this company to anyone. I have yet to get a return call and it has been two weeks. They are not even aware that I have fired them and moved onto another company. Again I say, I am truly disappointed. If their Palative care is this atrocious I can only imagine how their Hospice care is. I give them 5 negative stars!

There response time to my dad when he as in crisis was 7 hours and the morning that he died took them 2.5 hours to get to his house after our phone call for a crisis nurse and that he was throwing up blood. She arrived approximately 10 minutes before he passed. He was in severe pain for 3 hours before he passed with no hospice there. I even spoke to his nurse the day before, a Friday, telling her what state he was in. She stated she was off the following week and would have another nurse see him on Monday. She knew he was failing and did not have anyone come out to see to him comfort. I would never recommend or use this hospice.
