- JCJon CrewsAug 20, 20251.0First, I want to say that the people that work inside the building were super nice and helpful. Brenda was the tech I worked with and she was great. Very nice and professional. With that said, this company's business model is insane. They don't have any actual Optometrists...like, at all. They use a "hybrid" model where the tech inside the store completes all the "testing" with the various machines and then sends those results to an Optometrist that works remotely. That Optometrist will then advise the tech if you should be referred to an actual eye doctor in your local area...not even one within their company. They do NOT mention this anywhere on their website. Even if you scroll all the way down and go to their "About Us" section it doesn't mention anything about that. Here is the other fun part. During your exam you do get to talk with a Refractionist...who works in a call center in India and "remotes" into the equipment. You can't actually ask this person any questions because they're just trained in using the equipment and following a script. Oh, but they do wear a nice white doctor's coat to make them look official. I looked at their sunglasses because I'd like to replace my current ones and they're also the cheapest pieces of garbage I have ever seen. I'm not the type of person that only buys the top tier things, but the stuff they have is just sad. If you just need the bare basics of eye car or glasses then this place is great for you. If you need to actually ask someone some questions or get contacts I would stay far away. Just save yourself a step and go somewhere that has actual doctors in the building.

Jemima helped me to pick out beautiful frames and took extra steps to ensure I was completely satisfied. We had an awesome conversation too. I feel like I have new friends now ❤️ I highly recommend this business to everyone 👌

- SFShaunee FowlerMar 9, 20235.0First of all, finding out I needed glasses after 26 years was quite traumatizing. I never wanted to be dependent upon something to be able to see. Luckily I had the most amazing associate/tech to help me through the whole process. She was very patient with me as I hadnt had an eye exam in over 15 years and she was very well educated on the whole process, never having to stop to even think about an answer when I asked her a tough question. When the exam part was complete, she stayed with me for over an hour trying to help me decide on the perfect pair of glasses for this newbie! In my opinion, she is very talented with helping pick out the perfect pair of glasses that suits the customer's wants and needs. I will reccomend going to EyeLab and Cartersville and asking for LAUREN everytime. She is the absolute best and will answer any of your questions.
