Nurse Allie was the lead person for his care. She did an excellent job. She kept me informed as to his status and what was being done for him. She was always professional and personable, patiently answering any questions I had.

She has a solution for everything, she listens to my concerns as a daughter and caregiver, and always makes me feel at ease. My mom (her client) and I are absolutely crazy about her. My mom says she's so thankful for her all the timeShe always goes above and beyond for us and I don't know what we'd do without her. A lady from the office we'd never met before even showed up on my mom's birthday with a big, bright, colorful 'Happy Birthday' balloon and to tell her happy birthday. So sweet and thoughtful.. We get calls at least once a week to make sure we're good on supplies and meds and to make sure everything is ok, which we always are because Courtney is amazing :) I was terrified of hospice and the stigma that comes with it, when it was recommended for my mom, but Traditions and Courtney have made this situation much easier and more manageable and I'll forever be so grateful🙏🏻❤️
