- WPWayne PegramNov 20, 20251.0I was referred to Alliance by my doctor for custom orthotics to address a simple and common foot ailment. For some unknown reason, they were unable to make ones that accommodates my needs. After 4 appointments spread over 2 months, I was provided with an off-the-shelf carbon insert that I could have purchased on Amazon. Also, I still had to pay for the “custom” pair that I can’t even use! I’m very disappointed. The staff were kind, but clearly lack expertise and resources in custom foot orthotics.
