- TWTerrie Wells6 days ago5.0Our technician was Alex Jackson. Mr. Jackson was neat and efficient and explained well what he was doing. He listened to questions we had about the way the wires ran, etc. He explained well how to use the chair, sensing our challenged 46 year old son needed extra instructions about safety features and several times running through the procedures when our son was in the chair. He was never too busy to answer a question and did a great job. We truly appreciate him as a great representative of your company and a competent installer. Every company should have men like Alex.
