Even until her last breath on 10-20-2023, they were there always ! Always very comforting and willing to help however! I would highly recommend Traditions hospice to anyone debating getting a hospice service for a dying loved one!

My teenage son was usually the one that was home when the nurse made her visit. She always explained everything to him, then called me afterwards. My Dad really enjoyed everyone's visit's esp the chaplain and nurse Sheila who always made him laugh. The social worker helped us with making final arrangements, which he did not want to discuss with us. I am very grateful and appreciative. I hope we aren't using hospice anytime in the near future but if we do, we will be using Traditions. Thank you everyone who helped take care of my Dad and provided so much support to my son and I during this difficult time.
- BSBob SpinksApr 27, 20221.0Never use this company. Biggest mistake we ever made. They were referred by Emory hospital so don't trust them either. Terrible service, follow-up, time to respond to nurse requests, issue resolution, etc. Every thing they did was screwed up. Your trying to care for your loved one and you have to call and remind them multiple times about anything you might have asked for. We requested a long bed for our 6'2" son. They sent an extended bed but sent a regular size mattress. We called them at least 6 times. It took them 4 days to resolve this issue. In the meantime our sons feet hung over the mattress. Their nurses took hours to respond to our requests for nurse services including emergency requests. They screwed up the medication orders every time. If you care for your loved one, avoid them like the plague!
