- ABAce Boyz3 days ago1.0Went in to get replacement glasses and at first they were so nice and helpful and after about 2 hrs we decided on leaving and coming back to pick up the glasses, as we left Marc (Marcus) decided on calling for payment so we gave him the card information and long and behold Marcus decided to add the card details to his mobile phone and Apple himself hundreds of dollars along with thousands on online. We made a fraud report with Cobb County who’s now investigating the crime. Don’t trust this place at all.

Marc especially was a stand out in hospitality and approachability. He is extremely knowledgeable in all things eyewear and helped me pick a frame that personally worked best for me. They have a large selection of regular as well as designer frames available so you'll be spoiled for choice.

His customer service was top tier. Came back for the appointment and the staff was friendly & helpful. Stacy Ann was my assistant and she was wonderful ,very professional and thourough in her explanation of cost breakdown. This is my 1st time using Stanton Optical and I am very happy with the degree of service received.

Stacey was absolutely amazing – patient, kind, and so helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to work with us, answer all our questions, and made sure we felt completely comfortable with our choices. Her knowledge and genuine care really stood out, and she made what could have been a stressful experience actually enjoyable. Eric, the manager, was equally fantastic. He walked us through every question we had with professionalism and expertise, ensuring we understood all our options and felt confident in our decisions. The combination of Stacey’s warmth and attention to detail, along with Eric’s management and problem-solving skills, made this visit truly exceptional. - ESElla SimpsonDec 30, 20251.0it was a long wait no doctor unclear definition of what to do and we waited for 3 hours and it was a very hard to understand to virtual doctor and the doctor was not listening to me or my family and there is a lack of communication with the customers here.and also was over explaining what was going on and they were not a doctor so i will not trust them doing my eyes and would not let me pay for it without me explaining why and i didn't feel comfortable with him not letting me pay i am not coming back at all
