I was told by the Sales manager told me I was unable to purchase the contacts I wanted because the company was going out of business, but Isaiah was not taking no for an answer, he immediately stepped into action and got on the phone with the Rep and made it happen! He is an ABSOLUTE GEM and Stanton Optical is lucky to have him because the almost lost a patient but I will be back to see Isaiah!

My glasses broke and as I was trying to navigate to the store, I called and Claude went ahead and verified warranty and located my frames so that they were ready when I pulled in. I was greeted with friendly smiles and when technology was trying to ruin the moment, Isiah swooped in and saved the day! These 2 definitely made me want to come back for my second pair. Thank you guys for all the help!
