- HTHien TranDec 27, 20255.0Came to pick up my glasses today, and the lens wasn’t as dark as I was expecting it to be(I got them tinted) totally was my fault for not checking before ordering, but Nick and his team went out of their way to reorder my lens, and upgraded it to polarized like how I wanted in the first place free of charge! I been buying glasses here for a long time, nothing but good stuff to say about them, great customer service, I definitely recommend.
- MGMelissa GravesDec 9, 20251.0I came in and had an exam. DeJon and Kaitlyn were extremely helpful. Dr Talib on the other hand was rude. I didn't get the correct sample and went back the next day because I couldn't see. She wrote the RX for a single lens rather than multi-focal. Again, the staff was great. DeJon helped me again and did a reexam to make sure the error was on the sample lens and wasn't on the exam. I got Dr Talib again. She was so rude and disrespectful! Never again would I go back and see her. She was defensive before I even could explain the issue and cut me off every time I tried to speak. She wouldn't listen to anything I was trying to tell her and she ended the session while I was in mid sentence explaining what I couldn't see. Dejon and Isobel were so sweet and tried their best to make it right. However, I have scheduled an appt with another company for today. I won't do business there again. I hate it because the staff on site is amazing.
