Had to write my number down on a strap piece of paper for them to then text me a link to sign in…(maybe get tablets so ppl can sign in if you want to go the digital route) guy entered my results to colorblind test wrong and i had to ask bc he didn’t catch that he put the wrong number in by that time everything was printed out so he scratched it out with pen and gave it back and i was like can you put the time, date, and sign in please after all this is for a job…the phlebotomist there had gloves on handling another specimen when i walked in and then she proceeded to come over to me and was about to draw until i asked her to at least changed her gloves then she tries to play it off like she was going to….after needle was inserted she was moving a little and the needle was going further in my arm i tried to tell her she then tried to argue with me and then said it was me…little did she know i’m a phlebotomist myself lol but other than that they work out the kinks and be careful it can potentially be a lil better

The Nurse Practitioner answered my questions about the process adequately and made sure I understood the time frame of my results.

So someone else got a text with my information first. I see this as a violation of my privacy. She also never apologized.
