  I started a 16-month aligner plan, but the clinic never informed me they would be closing when I began treatment. They mismanaged existing patients, gave no proper guidance, refused a refund, and even removed the Marietta location from Google Maps. Very unprofessional. On top of that, the lady I spoke with on the phone was extremely rude, and the management team has been careless and irresponsible.

  Disappointing Experience and Lack of Consistency My experience here was frustrating and drawn out over two years—just to address a relatively minor orthodontic issue. During that time, I saw three different orthodontists, which really highlights the lack of continuity and high turnover at this practice. The final orthodontist I was assigned assured me he could help, but once I arrived, I was told, “We don’t handle that kind of thing here.” To make matters worse, he wouldn’t even speak with me directly. It felt dismissive and unprofessional. The constant change in staff and lack of accountability suggest there may be underlying issues in how this company treats its orthodontists. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re looking for consistency, clear communication, or a team that stands by its word.

  Absolutely the brightness smiles leave that place. Adrian Evans is an all time favorite of many patients.

  The best ortho in Atlanta. Love Dr. Mahdavi and her amazing staff. Not your ordinary orthodontist office the atmosphere and energy is amazing.

  Updates; Dr Karr left the office, And this is not bracesanymore. Staff aren't the same, service int the same anymore. I called three times trying to get hold of someone to talk to in the office. as I'm due for a new set, and I have been waiting for a month and a half for it, they said it'll be two weeks back in July. Not recommending this place anymore. ………………………………………………………………. What an Awesome staff! Always helpful. Dr. Karr is the best Orthodontist in town hands down!! Always lively, lovely, and warm. She fixed my teeth so well, and now they look like a piece of art!! Highly recommended.
