- DTDuc TranDec 18, 20255.0Dr. Markos is an exceptional orthodontist. I originally came in for an Invisalign consultation because my dentist recommended it for better oral hygiene. My biggest fear with orthodontic treatment has always been tooth extraction, due to previous painful experiences. From our very first meeting, Dr. Markos truly listened to my concerns. He took the time to calculate exactly how much IPR (Interproximal Reduction) would be needed and the scenario for teeth extraction. By our second meeting, he provided clear answers that helped me confidently choose the best path forward. I highly recommend Dr. Markos; he is a fantastic communicator who genuinely understands and respects his patients' concerns.

They mismanaged existing patients, gave no proper guidance, refused a refund, and even removed the Marietta location from Google Maps. Very unprofessional. On top of that, the lady I spoke with on the phone was extremely rude, and the management team has been careless and irresponsible.
