Let me start off by saying the environment at the store and the staff are great. They always feel excited to have you and help you find what you’re looking for. The fact that with such an incredible environment, I’m still led to leave such a low review is honestly beyond me. I’ve been to this location around 10 times to look for glasses and for eye appointments. The appointments are fine but the search for glasses is excruciating. The employees (whilst extremely friendly) work as if they have all the time in the world. I walked into this store 4 times looking to buy glasses knowing exactly what I wanted and was prepared to order them on the spot after waiting 20 to 45 minutes each time, I ended up leaving because I don’t have that time to spend. Yes, this was extremely frustrating, but this is just where it begins. Eventually, I went in right before closing while no one was in the store and finally got my glasses ordered. This leads me into my final weeks of school for the semester. Two weeks go by and I don’t even have an expected arrival date. At this point, I’m getting worried if I will even get my glasses before I need to return back home. Finally, I get a date and no they of course did not come then. In fact, they never came. Returning home, now without glasses with the correct prescription for now 1 month, I call customer service to get another pair shipped out. This time, in a crunch for time as I head out of town to visit family. I get to speak with a service agent out of the Philippines who has no actual control with what happens to my glasses. I beg for expedited shipping because I need my glasses and am told they will be there in 7-10 business days. EXPEDITED SHIPPING IS 7-10 DAYS? Are you kidding me? What kind of service takes that long with paying for expedited shipping. Anyway, I get an email that they are set to arrive the day before I leave for my trip so I’m good… you’d think. Nope! Delayed again. In fact, these didn’t arrive until a week after I left town! How wonderful. Called support again and reached a manager, someone that could surely do something. “Nothing can be done, sorry.” I was in awe. How can a company be so incapable of getting a product to their customers within a reasonable amount of time. An important product I’d like to add. I’m fortunate enough to have had a pair of glasses that worked for the time being. But what if I hadn’t? Just see nothing for a couple months? Yeah right. To end this off, I want to emphasize that if you are going to order glasses, you’re better off not. I don’t care if the problem is USPS sometimes. Maybe consider switching providers and spending the extra money? I’ve always been anti Luxottica because of their absurd margins and monopoly, but honestly, I’ll pay $200+ more dollars to have a company that can get me glasses within a timely matter. This company needs a rework. Won’t be returning… even if I had a lifetime supply of free glasses.

I've had eye exams at other places and the experience at warby parker continues to exceed any other place I've been to. Their variety of frame options, kind and professional staff, and overall affordability is extremely important and that is why warby parker is my family's preferred place for all our eye needs!

I’ll start by saying that PCM is such a convenient location for Warby Parker. Easy to find parking and is great if you have other errands to run or want to shop around. The employees here were incredible. I came for an eye exam and was in contact with 3 different people, and each was friendly, prompt, and very attentive. I also appreciate the ability to make an appointment online. WP is out of network for my insurance, but I will likely be back in the future and use my FSA due to the pleasant experience.

LOVED coming here. Came in looking for sunglasses for my brother, me and my cousin ended up buying frames each. Jason was lovely and Torana, the store manager, was incredible! We spent a while browsing and they were very accommodating, highly recommend.
